The plan remains the same, I think: Tsukiko-Livonia-station. There's really nothing to think about, unless some bad effects pop up along the way.
You can try to kite him, but it might not work. Or, you can surround him with melee units, set him on fire, and bind him. However, if his attacks are simply deadly, it won't work very well, and you won't be able to resurrect. You'll have to rely on luck.
