Fiver swallows a new pill and moves towards the crossbowman. If he doesn't reach him on the next turn, he attacks the wounded Knight. If possible, he positions himself during the attack so that the second unit can move closer and both can be attacked in one turn. When the effect of the pill wears off, he swallows a new one.

In short, as always, everything depends on the moves of Ment and Nayra. If Nayra now has a staff that restores mana, I wouldn't even want to waste spirit on cleansing spells. I'll focus on stunning and barrier spells, and only cleanse if it's for a finishing blow.
