I don't see any reason not to link the color to the enemy's stat, just like in the previous rooms. Or with any other similar check.
Well, red and blue fit into this scheme, but green and yellow fit in to a lesser extent. Before that, there was white and black. Although, you might be right. Then red is strength, blue is intelligence and magic, green is agility, probably. Yellow – I don't know what.
