1. My current job is so frustrating that working as a migrant worker actually seems like an appealing option.
2. It looks like there will be less bureaucratic nonsense. This is almost a decisive factor.
3. You won't know unless you try.

Kosh, in any case, try to respond to other offers. Go to interviews, see for yourself what the building is like, what the working conditions are, and what the team is like. A low salary is very bad. Regarding the possibility of being let go – in any case, they should send you an official job offer, valid for a month (for example), and only after that should you leave your current job. I advise you to look at other options; you should only choose one out of desperation.

So far, the other options are either completely awful or even worse; they suggested concluding agreements with legal entities, which is a disaster and an apocalypse. You'd only resort to that out of desperation, if you can't even get a job at McDonald's.

Half the country is on a gray/black salary. If not more.

So, I've already made up my mind (although in the evening, when I'm relaxing, I might start doubting again), and I'm practicing autotraining. And yes, I'm considering the possibility that I'll run away from there in horror in a month, but right now, I feel that it's better to try and fail than to continue endlessly shuffling papers, which I've been having nightmares about since school.

If necessary, you can also go to Seoul.

As an option, you could do some freelance work or side gigs in your free time or alongside your main job. You won't have to put in too much effort anyway.

Half the country is on a gray/black salary. If not more.

But that's no reason to accept such a job yourself if there are other options. Besides, Koshi has a completed master's degree, so he can afford to be a bit choosy within reasonable limits.

She could, if she lived in a different country.

It could have been, if not for the alternative. As it is, either it's enjoyable and interesting, but unpleasant, or everything is fine, but it's just tedious bureaucracy. I've had enough of bureaucracy.
And I don't need a side job. I want to get rid of the crappy job, not look for adventures in addition to it.

Well, go to the interview, take a look...
Bureaucracy is extremely bad, I agree.

Besides, Koshi has a completed master's degree, so he might become a bit more demanding within reasonable limits.

Oh, these wet fantasies.

Well, it also depends on the field of study. Even a graduate student in law might not be needed anywhere. But a technologist or programmer can find a job even with a bachelor's degree.

Ah, where are my 17 years...
To put it briefly - no, things are far from that.

Due to the nature of my work, I sometimes have to perform courier duties, ride in taxis at someone else's expense, and so on. I must say that, overall, this is much better than sitting in front of a computer and earning some "headies" – you just drive, walk around, and take a break. Especially when you're not riding in a clunker but in a good car. Well, and in general, today I rode with a guy who didn't have any ****** icons or crosses – it was a small detail. But that's all. The point is that they loaded the car, and I came back, and now I have to do everything myself – I almost lost it trying to carry almost my own weight. I didn't even do that on a construction site. In short, I did the right thing by deciding to leave.

Speaking of taxis: when I arrived here, it started to pour; there were real rivers flowing in the streets. I'm wearing shorts, a shirt, and light sneakers, and I don't have an umbrella. It's a ten-minute walk to the bus stop, and then I have to wait for the bus to arrive. It would be nice to call a taxi, but I don't really want to pay for an extra ride...
