They'll vape and spin fidget spinners for each other.

riding gyroscooters.

Vaping is a great thing, gyro scooters are too expensive and impractical, and I just happened to get a fidget spinner; it's actually a pretty good stress-relieving gadget, especially considering that I'm fidgeting with something in my hands. x)

Alex, just forget about it.

I probably would, but I'm not going to tolerate this kind of crap in my country. I wouldn't want to live surrounded by all sorts of idiots.

Don't be surprised that you still don't have a girlfriend.

Lol. No, I don't have a girlfriend for that reason. =)

And in general, you, Sir Alex, with such outdated views, should only live in a village.

Vaping is awesome.

I probably wouldn't mind, but I'm not going to tolerate this kind of crap in my country. I wouldn't want to live surrounded by all sorts of jerks.

This is what I really can't understand. Are you feeling bad that "all sorts of jerks" aren't checking out girls, which means they're not competition, and therefore you have a better chance of finding your one and only? Or are you worried that they'll steal your boyfriend?
You should be happy that the competition is lower and the line for girls is shorter, but no. You're unhappy about something.

Besides, they are still hiding in Russia. And if they decide to come out for a parade, the riot police will disperse them. Or, if not the riot police, then Orthodox activists will. So don't worry, Alex.

Let's continue.
In the morning, we unexpectedly had a bus issue, so we had to quickly adjust the schedule, swap Kronstadt with the Summer Garden, and take the subway. I remembered Glukhovsky and the fan fiction written about the St. Petersburg subway in his universe, and suddenly I wanted to read it and take a few more subway rides.
I visited the Peter and Paul Fortress, the guide showed us around a bit, told us how to get to the Summer Garden, and then let us go. And then I ended up in a prison and had the opportunity to get very close to all sorts of torture devices. After that, I spent some time in a couple more museums and then headed to the Summer Garden. I lingered there again; the garden is amazing, with lots of cozy little corners, and it's quiet and peaceful, even though there seemed to be the same crowds of tourists. Next. My feet were still killing me from the fortress, but I trudged to the hotel on foot. Along the way, I popped into the Eliseevsky store, and it was unbelievably beautiful, but I didn't buy anything; I wasn't really inspired, especially since three cookies cost half my salary. On the other hand, maybe I should have bought some handmade chocolate to try, and maybe I'll go back if I feel up to it. Then I headed towards the hotel, but on the way, I stopped at a Planet Organic store, where I bought a ton of stuff, and yes, I even got my favorite soap clay! Now I'm sitting in the hotel and not going anywhere, because I'm done for the day.

GUYS, HVSHNIK HAS FOUND THE KEY TO SUCCESS! TAKE A LOOK:

Well done.

I really can't understand this. Are you feeling bad that "all sorts of weirdos" aren't ogling girls, meaning they're not competition, and therefore you have a better chance of finding your one and only?
You should be happy that the competition is lower and the line for girls is shorter, but no. You're unhappy about something.

We're not really talking about homosexuals right now, but about "followers of fashion trends." These are still somewhat different things, although there's probably a connection. I think all of this is absolute nonsense. Why, why would anyone put some kind of vaporizer in their mouth, or even more so, fiddle with some three-pronged thing in their hands? It's simply stupid and even undignified. In short, the current trends are *crazy, and I really hope they disappear in a couple of years. I want to see my fellow citizens as decent people.
And if we're talking about homosexuals, yes, from a practical point of view, it's good. But we don't live by practical benefits alone. There are things in the world that shouldn't exist, things that are simply unacceptable from a moral point of view. Homosexuality falls into this category.

By the way, I have a fidget spinner. But I still don't understand people who can't part with it and are constantly fiddling with it. I only need a few minutes to play with it while reading or browsing something else. I just like all sorts of cool things that I can spin and fidget with. At work, I make little houses out of paper clips and origami from scraps of paper, and at home, I have this spinner for that.

And sometimes I spin my phone around its axis, toss and catch keys/water bottles, etc.

Oh, Great Emperor, Tox is speaking positively about vaping (okay, Tox can be excused), and Koshi has a fidget spinner. What's next? Are you going to start watching Russian TV series?
