Damn. I was playing Roach-Forest in the unranked matches, and it feels like a natural fit; it's much easier than the Cthulhu-Blood deck. It's also become more aggressive in this meta because you can survive without any 1- or 2-drops, except for the Roach itself, and you can also rush with the Blood Beast, but overall, the meta has become even more insane, so the deck still isn't the best. A full-procced Blood Beast is a huge pain for 95% of opponents; it's been killed by Soul Reaper, Khavez, and Zombie Party, but if you don't trade, it will still stick around. I lost to Elana (mostly due to a misplay; I miscalculated the Roach combo, but I had a good chance) and to a Nightmare deck from the previous meta (I've already forgotten how to play against that thing). Ugh. I'm almost ashamed that I'm betraying my favorite deck.

Since no one is inviting me to play a tournament yet, I'm trying to master piloting the Neutral Cthulhu deck. It's starting to come together, I think, although usually either I get completely crushed (it feels like 146% of players are tuning their decks to counter this one), or they just concede when they realize who they're up against. It's boring.
And Cthulhu, that little rascal, seems to like me. So much so that he keeps showing up in my opening hand.

Well, Storm Haven and OTK Roach are easier. Even OTK Azazel is easier. You just sit there for 9 rounds, trying to survive, and then you dominate in round 10.
