You read about something in a wiki, and there's a link to a film adaptation, or you find a movie still when you're searching for images, or even when you're just flipping through TV channels, you can find something interesting – all sorts of things happen. I don't like to sit around and meticulously choose. But most of the time, I have to. In that case, I go to Rutracker and go to the "Art House and Independent Films" section and choose based on the description. That's how it is.

Overall, it's good. The ending of the film is excellent. An alternative ending isn't needed.

It's just... something's off.
I like vampire and ghost stories, and the IMDb ratings are pretty high... but I could barely get through the pilot episode. It's just so boring... Maybe it's because it's a British series, not an American one, I don't know... Or maybe I've just outgrown these kinds of fairy tales. I probably won't watch it any further.

I can't bring myself to call the doctor boring. Although, to each their own; maybe the series really is like that.
The premise is interesting, but I'm guessing there will be a lot of mundane stuff and boredom. I had a similar experience with "Monster High" back in the day. I thought it would be cool, like a Transylvanian story, but it turned out to be a completely dull high school series about high school girls, and half of them had vague and uninteresting personalities. I watched it for a while out of habit and then dropped it.

I usually don't like watching zombie shows, but this one is alright. The pilot was good. It's a dynamic, comic book-style police procedural. I hope there will be more investigations and fewer zombie details in the future.
