The hangover from CIS 2017 is almost over, and now we can draw some conclusions, but since my assessment will be subjective, this will only be a message of gratitude and congratulations. So, let's get started... First of all, I would like to express my gratitude to everyone who, despite everything, found the opportunity and came to Volgograd. YOU ARE ALL GREAT, YOU ARE THE BEST!!! Also, I would like to thank everyone who voted for CIS 2017 to be held in Volgograd. After all, it is much more pleasant to relax in +22 degrees than in zero degrees and snow - this is a fact, so thank you for making the right decision!!! A special thank you to the "Dendroid Foundation" represented by Dmitry Shirokov - aka Oxygen and Dmitry Abanin aka DD. The Dendroid party became the highlight of the tournament, so to speak, its quintessence. I would also like to note their great help in organizing the tournament, moral support, and their own financial contributions to the prize fund, namely the prize for first place, and much, much more... Thank you, guys. Another specific thank you, this time to Kirill Bamburov, whom many of you know as Merlin. He is probably the soul of almost all CIS events. Year after year, he invests a lot in these events, and it is thanks to him that CIS is evolving every year. Kirill, thank you very much for your help and support in organizing this event. Your search for "flaws and mistakes" is epic; this is what prevents us from relaxing and forces us to make our meetings better than the previous ones every year!!! Let's move on. Dirty_Player; Konstantin Petenev is the person who, with his prudence and calmness, makes the tournament part of the event a real TOURNAMENT. Everything is clear, well-organized, without conflicts, and to the point. Thank you very much!!! I would like to note the guys who came to Volgograd for the first time, and I met them here: Arwald - Andrey Kleymenov, Endo - Kovalenko Dmitry - they are real fans, really great guys, they easily joined the Heroes community, and I was glad to meet them. Fas1kTV; Bogomolov Dmitry - a very cheerful and positive person, quickly joined the Heroes community, I was glad to meet him. LeBron James - Dmitry, and his wife - very nice people, thank you for making such a difficult and challenging journey from Tyumen to Volgograd by car))) Katherine, Ekaterina Lazareva - added +100 to the spirit of the Siberian wargamers.
