Ah, well, it's not exactly enjoyable, but it's not fatal either. It works for me.

I think you could (or used to be able to) just throw extra planets into sectors there, and that would be it.
Whatever

Yeah, it’s better to focus on sectors. With sectors, you only lose 25% of the income from a single system, rather than 10% from the entire empire.
Auto-translated
What sectors are you interested in, what's happening, what are you talking about?
А, вот почему.

Go to the "Planets and Sectors" tab (the fourth button, in the upper right corner); there you will find another button labeled "Create Sector".

Okay, that’s good to know for the future. The problem has been solved for now, and we’ll see what happens later.

That feeling when you really don't care about politics.
And yes, I started over. :D
And yes, I had people, but I accidentally took the capital, so now the capital is occupied by blue-haired bastards.
А, вот почему.

Another stupid question, but if I've already settled on a planet, can I terraform it? I couldn't find anything about that.
А, вот почему.

When I was playing, I initially waited a long time for this terraforming, I just couldn't figure it out, but then I thought about it and gave up. Because I already had species living in absolutely any climate, a multi-racial empire.
Auto-translated
Well, I got fed up and populated a planet with creatures whose sole purpose is to kill all humans, but they don't reproduce on their own, so I have to build structures, and they also consume all resources except for minerals.

Added 3 minutes later
and they also cut down all the resources, except for minerals.

Nah, I'm still on 1.5. Okay, then. GLORY TO THE ROBOTS, KILL ALL HUMANS.
