Well, I like many of the GMs, each one is great in their own way.
But I'll probably only choose from those who have run more than one game.
Toriychik has some pretty interesting settings. Revanko does too, and the atmosphere is great. For example, Zybr is good at creating mafia games about gangster groups (although I get annoyed by some aspects of his GMing, like the displayed blocks as it was recently, you know what I mean). I don't remember Vegtam's mafia games very well, nor Magnus's.
In short, I'm voting for Nebo.

If I had to choose the BEST PLAYER, I wouldn't even know, I'll just list all the "cool" ones.
I've never liked Gilts' games from the point of view of... beauty and fun. Never means "never," not after SAYUZ. Too simple, too boring, zero dialogues, the city is just about executions, I've analyzed it, believe me. He's strong, but that's not important.
Hossi has too much "ololoshka" (nonsense)! I personally get very annoyed when I have to talk to him (at least before, I don't remember any major discussions in the mafia games lately), it's anti-fun! Although it's funny in some ways. So I won't vote for Hossi.

I didn't think it was necessary to specify this because previous contests had the same rule.

Game - Nebok. I recommend this game master: he creates interesting and, most importantly, original scenarios, without fanboyish rambling; and his newspaper in the forum is great, although I didn't appreciate the last scenario, which I didn't finish.
I especially liked Lizard's game with its innovative elements and soul, but unfortunately, there's only one of them.
Player - Vishmaster. Here, I judge not by the number of lengthy posts per game or ridiculous discussions, but by what specifically excites me the most when I play for a city – I can't accurately determine his allegiance until the very last minute, even when he sends not one or two posts. And I can't figure him out in each subsequent game.
At the same time, I enjoyed playing with him on a team, and he can carry a city when all the chatterboxes are dead.

Player - Gilford
It's more complicated with GMs. I like Revan and Slonysh's mafia games; they have excellent ideas, execution, and clues, but they are not very numerous. The Nebo mafia games are interesting from the point of view of good settings, but honestly, they don't always please in terms of gameplay. Zubr has quite interesting games, and he has hosted many, but in them, I have noticed the simplicity of clues and the minimization of intrigue. Thorium messes up every time. Therefore, I will vote for the person I wanted to mention along with Revan and Slonysh. Vegtam - his games are interesting, balanced, and fun; they always presented a challenge, which pleased me. It's a pity he doesn't host them anymore.

At first, I thought it was Arandor writing this, and I was very surprised, because our opinions often differ, but here - there's a complete agreement, except that I would express it in slightly different words. But then I saw that it was WisTrit, and the usual picture of the world returned to me.
I must say that I also really like Morning's game, but I will still give my vote to Spiru, for his friendliness, clear reasoning, and just because I somehow want to vote for him.
Frankly, I have no idea about the best GM, I have no thoughts on this, so, if no one objects, I will abstain.
