I hire golems, nagas, and titans because I often have to face Dungeon creatures. And I replace genies with two well-developed mage heroes. With this setup, I haven't lost a single game yet.
When there is no Chaos faction on the map, I take genies. In this case, one of the heroes is a mage, and the other is a warrior.
I voted for golems, giants, and dragons. Although most people prefer archers, all units have their own bonuses, and the choice isn't critical in Equilibrium. But in the classic version, building up nagas and titans is too expensive (an extra 13,000, not counting resources, and they can't just sit around unprotected). And if you don't consider who you're playing against, then roaches run around the map much faster than titans.
I chose the golem-naga-dragon. It's really cool. You can actually replace the archers with 2 hero mages. I only use genies in the second castle (since it's not always possible to maintain 2 nagas). The Haven faction spells will handle the rest anyway. :smile17: :smile16: :smile16: :smile16:
