I think that no matter what this place is called, it would be good to put "bar" or "pub" or something similar before the name. "Haven of Vice" sounds pretty good... :)

Why not just call it Flood? That would actually be quite fitting.
Я в сумерках проклят и светом и тьмой,
Круг жизни замкнулся - пути нет домой,
В безрадостном мире нет звёзд в небесах,
Мечты обращаются в прах!!!

I think this is the best option! Otherwise, seeing a different name, people might not understand what it means.

I think this is the most correct option! Otherwise, seeing a different name, people might not even understand what it means.
Flooding and pointless chatter are not original.

A tavern and a pub aren't particularly original either...
That's why "Haven of Debauchery"
And in general, the option "Another option (specify in the topic)" doesn't take up any space.

Maybe something like an "offline chat" or, for example, a "fence".

Барон "Vampires"

Отдай свои прошлые сны,
В сомненьях себя обрети,
В бешеном танце душа кружится!
Не думай, что будет потом,
Здесь и сейчас мы живем,
Стань хоть на миг сам собой, слышишь!

Off-topic and flooding are allowed in this sub-section.
Isn't that what it says next to the heading "Everything about everything?"

And why is this topic closed? If the moderators don't like the topic, why wasn't it deleted? If they do like it, why can't people post in it? Don't get me wrong, I'm just curious
O God of Earth and Altar,
Bow down and hear our cry,
Our earthly rulers falter,
Our people drift and die,
The walls of gold entomb us,
The swords of scorn divide,
Take not thy thunder from us,
Take away our pride.

Arandor just likes deleting topics and posts.

They will finally feel the flames
Flames that run down through my veins
I will make this city burn
We're not planning to return

Comrades, let's see, what did Brackman create back in the day? That's right – the USSR (Union of Soviet Flooding Republics). So, maybe we can call it: "The USSR Summer Cottage named after Brackman"!

P.S.: Just a joke.

Still... what's the point of changing "fludnyak" to "flood"? "Fludnyak" at least sounds better.
