In terms of naming its residents, half of the cities in this country are epic.

yes, that's true. By the way, what would be the name for an inhabitant of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky? A Petropavlovsk resident? And what about "Kamchatsky"? Or what about Komsomolsk-on-Amur? Then Naira would be a Komsomol member, haha. And what about an inhabitant of Kazan? A Kazan resident?
A resident of Petropavlovsk (try saying that aloud without stumbling, go ahead). The problem is that there's also Petropavlovsk-Kazakh and a bunch of villages called Petropavlovka, etc.
In general, more than half of the Kamchadals are residents of Petropavlovsk. Therefore, it's easier to simply call them Kamchadals. But there's a catch here too – the Itelmens, one of the indigenous local tribes, are also simply called Kamchadals...
Obviously, Komsomol member (male) and Komsomol member (female).
I have some vague doubts about Yaroslavl and Kazan (:).

Fallout: New Vegas is a role-playing video game in the Fallout series, currently in development by Obsidian Entertainment and scheduled for release in Autumn/Fall 2010. A teaser trailer was officially revealed on February 4, 2010 featuring the voice of Ron Perlman and music by Frank Sinatra.
Fallout: New Vegas is not a sequel to Fallout 3. Rather, it is an entirely new game. The game will offer the same role-playing experience as seen in Fallout 3. The events in the game follow three years after Fallout 3; however, no characters from that game will appear.
The fact that Obsidian Entertainment is the developer, while Bethesda Softworks acts only as the publisher, suggests that we might get a truly epic game. Bethesda has rather strange ideas about censorship – you can't kill children (one of the developers of the third Fallout even made an announcement about this), but you can eat corpses. Not to mention that the entire wasteland is littered with these very corpses in the style of Predator.
We are from Kazan) I am from Kazan. Actually, Kazan translates from Tatar as "Cauldron." And the city was named so because of its geographical location, as we are located in a kind of cauldron... I don't think that's very good, because if there's a lot of water, then...
