Road to Nowhere
I just wanted to watch a movie about life in America, to remember the times when I thought it was a free, democratic, and fair country.
Well... the porn is good, but otherwise it's some kind of unnatural nonsense. I didn't understand anything. Then I tried to read about this movie on Lurkmore, Wikipedia, or some film critics, to figure out the plot from a common-sense perspective. I didn't succeed. In general, I don't recommend watching it, even despite the porn.
Всё не так плохо как Вы думаете. Всё намного хуже!

Ascension to Valhalla
Excellent art-house film (?) from the director of Drive. Very meditative, atmospheric, and dark, perfect for me right now. The main character is silent throughout the film and doesn't really communicate with anyone (the boy "speaking for him" doesn't count), he just acts. That's what I call a great character, a real man. Plus, I'll make three GIFs for the thread about mood.

Chapito Show: Love and Friendship (2011)
The film is listed as a "comedy," but that's far from the truth. After the first short story, I felt like hanging myself; the second short story was also sad, but since the theme wasn't as close to me, it became slightly easier to bear. Very good. If, for some reason, you haven't watched it yet, you should definitely do so.
