Lord Vampire since this tournament uses the Tribes of the East patch (3.1), I wouldn't have noticed if I hadn't been told... please provide at least a link to it, or at least in the rules for offline Heroes of Might and Magic V tournaments... I'm tired of having to change patches for every tournament across all parts... thank you in advance...

I suddenly encountered a problem: all my saves, including the initial save, were corrupted. Every time I try to load a map, it pops up a window with the text: "The map no longer exists, or the save is corrupted." I don't know the cause of this issue, I haven't done anything prohibited with the saves, and the map itself is intact and playable. I've already re-downloaded the save about five times, but it still has the same problem. All other saves are fine; they load without any issues. I guess I'm not meant to complete the Tournament :( Maybe someone on HeroesWorld knows the reason?:smile45: If not, you can remove me from the participant list.

Go to the maps folder. Check the size of the map file. It's possible that your map has become only one kilobyte in size. Simply update the map and try loading the save again.

Is patch 3.1 mandatory?

if you follow the link to the rules for Heroes V offline tournaments, you can see there that "The current version for holding Heroes V tournaments on HeroesWorld is Tribes of the East (3.1)" – this is one.
and it's unlikely that you will be able to play on a different version – this is two.

2Ascendand Evincar I solved this problem by reinstalling the game. I don't know any other way. Basically, when you have version 3.0, you place a map in the maps folder and then install patch 3.1. After that, my save loaded normally.

2Ascendand Evincar, 2KonServator, and everyone who encountered this... I had the same problem. The issue is that when you open a map in the editor, save files stop opening in the game. Delete the map and repack it – everything will work. You don't need to reinstall the game.
