History:
As a result of an experiment, mages opened a portal to another world. When girls in miniskirts emerged from the portal, the mages were initially puzzled, but their large, innocent eyes captivated their hearts. The Sailor Warriors began to help the mages, and it was because of them that the undead retreated beyond the Sea of Irsus. But when the gargoyles escaped with the help of orcs to the wastelands of Ranaar, the Sailor Warriors held back the mages and then pursued the orcs into the wastelands. Along the way, they formed an alliance with the Blood Elves and made enemies of the Sol. The Sailor Warriors also traveled beyond the Sea of Irsus, finishing off the undead.

Hero: Sailor Warrior (model - a girl in a miniskirt on a pegasus with a horn)

City: Lunar Kingdom

Units:
Diana - Moon/Artemis. Cats have always been sacred animals for the Sailor Warriors. They fight and inspire all warriors, and their talkativeness stuns the enemy. (Caster: morale, forgetfulness)
Schoolgirl - Kawaii/Nerd. Ordinary schoolgirls fight side by side with their majestic Sailor classmates. They are weak, but upon seeing a demon, they can stun it with a scream, and un-kawaii nerds can ask a bewildering question.
Fan - Kawaii Fan/Wild Fan. Female orcs from the wastelands of Ranaar, upon seeing the Sailor Warriors, became their fans and began to help them. They became more kawaii, but some remained wild, and upon seeing enemies destroying their idols, they become enraged.
Sailor Chibi Moon - Lunar Princess/Eternal Chibi Moon. (rider on a pegasus). Chibi Moon is the embodiment of kawaii, and just seeing her pink hairstyle causes enemies to die of delight. (kawaii +10% effectiveness)
Star Creator - Star Warrior/Star Healer. They helped the Sailors save the gargoyles and drive away the undead. They recently arrived from beyond the Sea of Irsus and continue to help their colleagues.
Tuxedo Mask - Endymion/Knight of the Moon. The only humanoid male in the Sailor Warriors army. He is liked by all the girls, and his presence increases their morale (+1 to all girls). He also protects all the fairer sex (attacks those who attack girls; shoots roses)
Sailor Moon - Selenite/Eternal Sailor Moon. She is a role model for the entire army. Increases the morale and kawaii of the troops. She can also hypnotize the enemy with her kindness (and those who are not yet hypnotized, she can make cry).

All are kawaii, except for nerds and wild fans. The enemy will not respond and with a 30% probability will be unable to move for 2-3 turns, stunned by their large eyes.

Race Skill: Kawaii. Initial-Advanced-High-Perfect. 10-20-30-40% of the enemy army dies before the battle from being overwhelmed with cuteness.

Heroes:
S. Mercury. +5 attack/defense level 2, +7 to nerds
S. Venus. +1 morale, +2 to Artemis
S. Mars. Fire spells +15%
S. Jupiter. +3 attack/defense levels 2-3
S. Saturn. Armageddon +5% to the enemy, -5% to self, given at the beginning
S. Uranus. +2 attack/defense levels 1-4, +1 - 5-7
S. Neptune. Increases the kawaii of creatures and the hero's kawaii by 10%
S. Pluto. Time rewind of the squad (like Reaper in Chaos Band)
Campaign Heroes:
S. Moon. +2 morale, +2 attack/defense level 7
S. Chibi Moon. +3 morale levels 4, 6, and 7
S. Kakyuu. +2 morale, attack/defense level 5
Tuxedo Mask. +15% kawaii levels 2-5 and 7, +5% to the hero (only against female heroes)

Well, the race, in my opinion, is top-notch; everything is done in the best traditions of the renowned racemaker. And the voting, done in Lubimec_style, also has a positive effect on the project. I'm all for it. Let Drakko learn programming, steal the code from Heroes, and implement the race into the game.

There are a couple of minor flaws. I think too many heroes add stats. That's not good – it's boring. Perhaps a couple of interesting abilities would improve the situation.
