I suggest an alternative to the HeroesWorld chat.

1) Download the mIRC client from the attachment.
2) Unzip the attachment (the archive password is 12Z45).
3) Run the mIRC.exe file.
4) Enter a nickname, email address, and alternative nickname.
5) Click the "Connect to Server" button (or go to File -> Connect in the menu).
6) Enjoy chatting.

P.S. All questions regarding setup should be asked here.
Not everyone will be able to connect with the current settings.

I don't understand... what's the problem?

You won't believe it, something happened to the server; I've been on the channel for a week, and I haven't had this problem before. But now, it's not working for me either. It should be fixed soon.
