What do you think is the reason why HW isn't working all day long????

I think there might be an issue with the domain. Perhaps due to the upcoming elections, some domains are being blocked, which could be causing instability. It depends on which zone the domain is located in; maybe the domain our portal is based on is in that zone. Let's just say that special services are carefully monitoring certain zones where mass campaigns to undermine elections might take place, etc. But these are just my guesses, nothing more. :)

Honestly, just connect to my local network. With our blue-colored admins. Our internet connection drops at least twice a day for several hours, and often nothing works, not even the network itself.
And all this "service" costs a fortune compared to a normal internet connection. That's why I'm so used to being without internet that a 1-2 day outage doesn't bother me at all.
I used to get angry about my internet, but then I realized... I just understood that I shouldn't rely on our network. And that's it. Everything suddenly became crystal clear, and I felt at peace. So, just take it easy.

Probably everyone knows that Heroes Wiki (HW) is one of the most visited resources for Heroes fans, and the server simply cannot handle such a load. It recently crashed, and the Creator is restoring it on his own. (By the way, due to technical problems, many forum-based social platforms are currently secondary). The server where HW is currently located is not designed for such a load. All of HW's content comes out of the Creator's pocket, so if you want to help, it should be financially, to support a resource that can handle the load for HW.
Your indignation is understandable, but I don't think it's appropriate, because the fact that the forum is working is the result of a huge amount of work done by the Creator.
It is quite likely that such unpleasant situations will happen again, so I recommend that tournament organizers duplicate the regulations, the schedule of games, and other important information somewhere online, so that participants can view the information they need or temporarily submit reports, so that tournament activities are not disrupted.
"Man to man" created his own website specifically for these purposes; if necessary, you can duplicate important information there, or somewhere else.
