This error occurs after the loading of a "mission" or "multiplayer game" begins on "one PC"!

My laptop has:
CPU: Celeron M 1.6
RAM: 1GB
Operating System: Windows XP Professional, SP2
DirectX* Version: 9.0
Minimum Graphics Memory: 8 MB
Maximum Graphics Memory: 224 MB
Graphics Memory in Use: 10 MB
Accelerator in Use: Mobile Intel(R) 945GM Express Chipset Family

And in general, will Heroes of Might and Magic V run on my laptop?

Do you have a license?
Have you reinstalled Windows recently?
Do you have the latest drivers for your video card?

I reinstalled Windows just 4 days ago... It was a licensed Vista, and now it's XP Professional SP2 Version 2007 build 08-2007!!! =)
The video card drivers are from June 2007!

So, what should I do???
I'm getting the same error as on my home PC!!! (Xaker, by the way, you had your disc on my home PC! Remember?)!!!
