What is this error, and how can I fix it to play Heroes properly?

I reinstalled Windows just 4 days ago... It was a licensed Vista, and now it's XP Professional SP2 Version 2007 build 08-2007!!! =)
The video card drivers are from June 2007!

So, what should I do???
I'm getting the same error as on my home PC!!! (Xaker, by the way, you had your disc on my home PC! Remember?)!!!
