I leveled up her Chaos magic skills, and she was wiping out everyone with enhanced meteor showers, so the units didn't even have to try. And with Earth Shock (especially the enhanced version), she could completely eliminate a fairly large group of quite strong creatures.

La Louvre, even with a well-developed Warlock, can do the same!

Railag should definitely be stronger than Shadia. After all, you have the opportunity to develop him from the very beginning. And Shadia arrives already somewhat leveled up. Maybe some people like her build, but it's definitely not to my taste. But even with Shadia, who had a full set of Chaos and Darkness spells, she wasn't an easy opponent.

If we're talking about heroes from the campaigns, Railag is definitely a good choice, although the defense stat for a Warlock is practically useless. But honestly, I like Sinithar the most. With his ability (reducing the cost of enhanced spells), you practically don't have any mana problems (with a more or less decent build). And that's despite constantly using enhanced spells.

In the campaign, my Raialag also didn't have any mana problems if he didn't attack those he shouldn't. He ran away from heroes who had 1500-2000 imps. But in the campaign, mana and other characteristics are easier to manage – there are many ways to increase them. In the end, he had 350 mana. I agree that defense is useless for him. And Shadia also has darkness instead of something more useful. Unfortunately, my Raialag, at level 29, doesn't know how to cast enhanced spells. I hope he will learn this in the 6th campaign.

If we consider heroes from the campaigns, then Railag is definitely good, although protection is completely unnecessary for a Warlock.

He only had protection in the original campaign; in the expansion, he has no additional skills, only Unyielding at its minimum level. This is due to his super specialty. Railag from the expansion is a mix of Agrael's specialty and the previous Railag. :cool:
