I don't recall him ever really appealing to me. Maybe I just saw the faction's advantages overall.
As for his decision regarding Sonata — that's vile, and the only thing you'd wish on someone like that is testicular cancer.
Well, in a way, Erebos is a descendant of both Tiaria and Sonata. Though those who read the cryptic posts from the last expedition could have figured that out on their own...
