Good afternoon. I'm writing to you with an unusual story. Several months ago, I contacted Nival's CEO, Sergey Orlovsky, to inquire about the future of the Prime World game universe. Nival's game, Prime World – often referred to as the "Russian Dota" – was shut down in 2021. During my communication with Orlovsky, it turned out that in 2024, he is ready to release the game as open source.
As a result, the game's code (and editor) has been released. There is no information on how to work with all of this. As a fan of the game, I wanted to add or, conversely, export game models to work with them. But I have no idea how to do this (and there are no guides or tutorials either). However, Prime World was developed by the same company that created Heroes of Might and Magic V. That company is Nival.
The thing is, people say that the editor for Prime World and Heroes V are very similar. I'm asking someone who knows how to work with the Heroes editor to try and help with the Prime World editor. Your help and knowledge will be very useful to us in the future, allowing us to add new heroes and content to the game.
