yes, it's awesome

"Lions are not kept in the same cage as lambs. It seems like a simple idea, but..." Varya thought sadly. And also about the fact that, in general, the situation was strange. There was a complete disregard for reality and an attempt to replace it with an incomprehensible fiction. Allegedly, if a demon is called an "apprentice," this will magically transform him, and instead of being a mad homunculus intent on bringing evil to the world, he will simply become an "apprentice." Just a little red and with horns. Almost like a ghoul, but red. It's all very simple. Magic.
Varya looked at Michaella, wanting to show her that perhaps she shouldn't continue.

Michaella wanted to object, but looking at Varya, she held back. Instead, she thanked the headmistress for the time she had spent with them and headed towards the exit.

– Thank you for this conversation, Your Highness, – the refitter says politely and bows as well. – Michaella… – Orion follows up.

— It's time to take more serious measures...

Is it really that great being a librarian there?

After visiting the sports complex, the students were introduced to the Tower of Trials. Following Thyme, they find themselves in a spacious room – on the first floor. “As the name suggests, you will face trials here. The system is simple: as soon as you complete the task, the path to the next level will open, and you will receive a reward. Since actions speak louder than words, let’s start with the trial on the first floor.” A lone mannequin appears before the assembled group. “Your task: inflict as much damage as possible on it in the shortest amount of time. The device is designed to simulate all the weak points of the human body.” “The task: achieve an average damage of 350 or higher over five rounds for the entire group. Using this device is free during this lecture, but it will cost 1 Knowledge Point on other occasions.” “In addition, today I will be training beginners in weapon handling, so choose what you like and come up one by one!” The device cannot dodge, but a minimum accuracy roll will still result in a miss. Deals +1 damage for each point of the enemy's defense.

Deals +1 damage for each point of accuracy.

Does this apply to the base value or the final value? For the shield, is the bonus calculated before or after the defense is halved?
Are the axe and hammer two-handed or one-handed?

Alidum > Scourge

"It's just like in the books!" thought Leila.

Rest in peace, brother.

I'll remain the only student in the first grade and become Laurence's favorite. 🥰

Not the only one!

Is this for the base stats or the final stats? Does the bonus for the shield apply before or after the defense is halved?
Are the axe and hammer two-handed or one-handed?

The hammer is two-handed, the axe is not. It applies to the base stats. Without accounting for the halving.

Everyone receives 500 experience points for the picnic.

-- I admire your courage, however... -- Varya didn't understand what specific decisive measures were being discussed; it didn't even occur to her that something bad might happen. -- Now, let me work out a defense strategy... against this. And the first step is to go to teacher Lorance. She uncovered Carvia Imas's conspiracy last time, and now... I'm seriously counting on her support.
-- And don't lose your head. We need to ensure the safety of the students, not make things worse, -- said Varya in an uncharacteristic, firm tone that didn't allow for objections.

Michaella is leaving.

I'm leveling up my sword skill to level 5 and then I'll test the device.

Is it so great being a librarian?

The secret is revealed:

"Yeah, that's probably why there are so many crazy and perverted people among librarians," Shera lazily replied to the novice warrior, "they probably lack physical activity, as well as sunshine and fresh air."
