DA PUMP / U.S.A. — 5, I added a point for the funny music video.
SABATON - To Hell And Back (Official Music Video) — 7, not bad, but it didn't really grab me.
Sick Puppies - There's No Going Back (Explicit) — 6, I would have given it a 10 ten years ago, but now I'm not 15 anymore.
Timur Mutsuraev I'm Tired — 4, this is not something you'd usually hear at parties where I'm completely wasted (which hasn't happened in a long time).
Judas Priest — No Surrender (Official Video) — 5, but five years ago... but it still wouldn't have been a 10.
Jacques Brel — Amsterdam — 5, it's okay, but it's not quite there.
Two time — meme — 3, it's not a music video contest right now...
Swordbearer — The Pathway to the End (with lyrics) — 5, the intro, the lyrics, the arrangement are good, but the vocal performance is a bit lacking.
Through the Valley - Shawn James - lyrics — 6, okay.
Celtic Woman — Tír na nÓg ft. Oonagh — 5, not as okay.
Venom of Venus — 8, very okay.
Anneke van Giersbergen — Circles — 5, I don't really like female singers, but she's tolerable.

It's a shame I don't have the opportunity to listen with good speakers/headphones right now. Maybe the ratings would be higher (or lower in some cases).
Someday, people will stop sending metal and folk music (probably, at least by 2028), but that's a completely different story. Or at least they'll start sending other kinds of folk music that actually exist (in case anyone didn't know), instead of fantasy/Celtic/medieval/metal, etc.
DA PUMP / RA-SE-YA - patriotic. - **3**
SABATON - To Hell And Back - **3**
Timurka - **4**
Judas Priest - **2** awful vocals
Jacques Brel - **8** The song is definitely good, and he himself is great; I've heard other songs of his. I also like this version.
Two time - meme - **7** reminded me of Gorillaz/Blur.
Claudio Capéo - Un homme debout - **6** I think I've heard it before, maybe even downloaded it. But the melody is just so-so, it even reminds me of something Russian.
Kanzler Gi - Oshun Shango. Ugh. **4** And what was the problem with sending the YouTube version?
Swordbearer - The Pathway to the End - **5** although the quality isn't very good.
Through the Valley - Shawn James - **4** Nebok said it was already submitted. It's an acquired taste.
Celtic Woman - Tír na nÓg ft. Oonagh - **5**
Powerwolf - Venom of Venus - **4**
Anneke van Giersbergen - Circles - **4**. The voice is good, but live/acoustic versions are best when you already know the song and are a fan of the artist; just sending it to a contest like this... isn't a very good idea
Although I've heard it before, it didn't really grab me back then.
Well, it's like that, not one of the most captivating. (for me) Overall, I find this guy controversial. He did some good work on the backing tracks in Bastille, and he has one song that's actually good... (and that's saying something, considering he's the main artist)
My headphones aren't the same as the ones I have at home, so I might arbitrarily increase the score to account for this, or conversely, decrease it due to poorer music perception.
DA PUMP / U.S.A. Thanks to Touhou, I fell in love with Eurobeat a few years ago; it's a very energetic and enjoyable genre. Of course, if the composition was performed by Japanese artists... And I came across this track a couple of weeks ago and really liked it. The lyrics are, of course, an acquired taste, but in this genre (and in most genres in general), they don't really matter. And the video is pretty good; I even liked the vocalist, he has a pleasant appearance, and everything takes place in a fun setting, although this is no longer relevant to the track itself. SABATON - To Hell And Back (Official Music Video) — 6 I didn't like it at all on the first listen, and on the second, it was just okay. My metal receptors have been deteriorating for a while now. Sick Puppies - There's No Going Back (Explicit) — 4 It's just not my genre; no matter how much I listen to this kind of music, it never resonates with me. Timur Mutsuraev I'm Tired — 5 Despite the guitar playing, which I don't particularly enjoy, I might have even given it a higher score, but the recording quality is just too harsh on the ears. Judas Priest - No Surrender (Official Video) — 6 Considering the second track, I want to ask: is it fashionable this year not to give up? Jacques Brel - Amsterdam — 5 I liked how the guy sings and puts his heart into it, but again, the sound leaves something to be desired. Two time - meme — 6 The video is the best so far, but it doesn't matter now. The track is okay, but the same problem: either my ears get too tired in these headphones, or the amount of sharp audio this year is just too much. Claudio Capéo - Un homme debout (clip officiel) — 6 I have the same t-shirt as the guy. Well, it's okay. Kanzler Gi - Oshun Shango — 7 I have mixed memories of this band because I listened to it when I was in the hospital, but nevertheless, it's enjoyable to listen to. There is, however, a point that most of this band's songs are perceived in the same way, which is not very good in itself, but this is already a characteristic of the genre, and it is no longer relevant to this competition. Swordbearer - The Pathway to the End (with lyrics) — 6 Without vocals, I would have given it a 7 or maybe even an 8. It's not bad, but I would enjoy it more without it. Through the Valley - Shawn James - lyrics — 4 Just... okay. Celtic Woman - Tír na nÓg ft. Oonagh — 7 Not Asian? 1/10, stopped listening after the first minute
Folk: (although with some influences, especially in the later ones) Iron & Wine Great Lake Swimmers Mumford and Sons and others; these are all English-language, and the difference may not be very significant in some songs. Although this is understandable, given the common roots with country music. But I don't mind either genre; I like both.
I also have Ali George - Winter Verses on VKontakte. For some reason, this song isn't on YouTube, but it sounds pleasant and fits well into the folk genre
