Then you'll be playing without a tank and with an overpowered Tsukiko.
And also without the best mage and ressurrector!
However, such a party actually looks acceptable in my opinion.

They will finally feel the flames
Flames that run down through my veins
I will make this city burn
We're not planning to return

Nebok, pass this on to Tsukiko Kaiken.
Why do you need it?... Besides, it's suspicious.

Let Revan lead you. I want to try to escape.

Tearful Nisho took off the ring from her finger and gave it to Tsukiko.
- Take it. It might save your life. A client... admirer gave it to me. I don't need such a memento.
"Save a life so that the surviving scammer, Lyde, has someone to tie up in the basement. Heh-heh."

I was just about to write that it could be dangerous in the presence of an investigator. But okay, never mind.
Tsukiko accepted the ring.
-- Thank you... I don't know how to thank you... Well, I'll try to achieve justice, I guess.
Let's go to Morpheus.
In Morpheus, as I understand it, Tsukiko meets Livia, explains the situation to her, [Livia joins your party].
She also announces that they can accept someone else to help the city guard.

They also announce that they might accept more volunteers for the operation to assist the city guard.
Who else wants to die? Huh? Maybe you?

If we go as a group of four, we'll have almost a canonical, unstoppable quartet that no one can stop.

They will finally feel the flames
Flames that run down through my veins
I will make this city burn
We're not planning to return

If you escaped with the captain and are hanging out in Morpheus, then Nisho is trying to escape.

Nisho surveys the area, the guards protecting her, and their numbers. She remembers if there were any soldiers outside.

Where did you find that thief?
Tsukiko-chan is a ninja. Besides, she's much more useful than a thief.
