Reimian Empire Auto-translated

– I’m telling you, I don’t have time right now, – Jerome interrupted. – Evening or tomorrow – anytime.

-- I'm telling you, I don't have time right now, -- Jerome cut him off. -- Evening or tomorrow – sure.

— Well, if you change your mind, you can find me in Old Calvade.

I'm going to apply for a job.
Can I skip a day so I can catch up with those who live in the present?)

The elf was hired, but they said he would have to work the night shift.

--Alright.
So, are we heading to the harpies?

The elf agreed to the employer's terms and then inquired about the available benefits (free meals, drinks, etc.) and asked about the staff he would be working with.

The train journey to the designated region took the hunters several hours, after which they had to spend even more time climbing the mountains. Once on the elevated ground, they still didn't see any harpies within their field of vision. From here, they could head further west, or go north or south.

and then inquired about available perks (free food and drinks, etc.) and asked about the staff he would be working with.

The elf's partner on this job will be a fairy named Lyra. The employer assured the elf that she makes excellent drinks. In addition to her, he will also have to interact with a certain Dania, who is responsible for cleaning and purchasing ingredients.

Before the change, Halmeldir decided to visit the Eternity and purchase the book *Children of the Emperor — Thiary Reim*.

The Emperor's Children – Tiarius Reim
Author: Alice Corundyr
Tiarius Reim

(734-...)
"The Ideal Prince" – extraordinarily gifted, achieves success in everything he undertakes, restrained and diplomatic, speaks several languages, an excellent tactician and strategist, unparalleled in swordsmanship. Tiarius is loved by the people and receives exceptionally positive reviews in high society; no one doubts that he should be the next ruler of the empire. But do such flawless people exist? This question torments many thinkers of our era.

At the emperor’s request, Tiarius Reim married Princess Sayuri from Nihon, thus bringing together two previously warring peoples. Olivi believed that the young prince’s charisma would positively affect the attitude of the Nihonese towards the Reimi. However, this had the opposite effect. Several years ago, Sayuri was kidnapped by an Onryo, and her whereabouts remain unknown ever since. This event angered the inhabitants of Nihon both against the Onryo for endangering the princess and against the Empire for failing to protect her from harm.
Currently, Tiarius Reim is trying to suppress the activities of the Onryo and free Sayuri from captivity. Whether he is motivated by a sense of duty or love remains unknown.

— The pay is the same – ten thousand Rumis, and the formation of the squads will be completed in a week. As for the details, if you have any questions, I will try to answer them.

The girl became a little more enthusiastic after learning how profitable these tasks are. She was especially interested in the first one, which, judging by all accounts, is quite popular. And there's usually a reason for that. Hopefully, it won't be too difficult.
-What does providing security in the first task entail? What terrible thing could be in this palace?

Revan, I also want to rent a room and get a job at the bookstore (or maybe I'll decide to work as a maid instead) and rent that room today. How long will my in-game day last, and when will I catch up with the others without any losses?

Actually, there are too many downsides to the maid position. There won't be any bonuses for strength and willpower. Would it be easier to dominate her that way?

Also, besides her own questions, the elf asked what those social surveys are that everyone is so actively interested in.

— Emperor Reisen Reim was a powerful spellcaster, and therefore you can expect anything from his palace. Ensuring security means eliminating any threats that could hinder future explorers.

Actually, the position of a maid has too many drawbacks. They'll nitpick and say there won't be a bonus for strength and willpower. Is it to make it easier to dominate her?

I thought the same. And after looking at Daiss's assortment, I also suspected that they would put this in her food:

M.B.
The character starts to obey everything that the people around them say and enjoys it.
Willpower check: 20, -5 after each subsequent use.
1000 Rum.

When night fell, Halmeldir went to the bar. In the morning, he planned to go to Ivory Tower and rent a room there to get some rest.

Such a response stirred Livy's interest. Exploring something mysterious. Just as she had always dreamed!
Although the forest also sounded promising, there might be various animals there. But what doesn't she know about the animal world? However, exploring historical sites, yes, that's exactly what she needs!
- It sounds interesting and a little ominous. If you recommend it, I'll still sign up for the group!
The girl immediately remembered that she had been interested in the survey before, but apparently, she had spoken too quietly.
- What about the surveys?

When night fell, Halmeldir went to the bar. Afterward, he planned to go to Ivory Tower and rent a room there to get some rest.

After midnight, a new visitor appeared at the bar, distinguished from most other patrons by his unusual attire. Apparently, he was a foreigner, likely straight from the Celestial Empire.

"One glass of 'Aurora'," he said, but spoke in perfect Reimi without an accent.

- What about the surveys?

— Responses to social surveys are accepted in the adjacent building. All you need to do is submit a written response on the specified topic to one of the employees in that department.

- Thank you very much for your cooperation. All the best!
The girl went to the neighboring building to take a survey and participate in community life, which she hadn't done before.
