/Hey, if I were you, I'd focus on taking down the ghost. Skeletons are slow and not that strong; we'll deal with them later. True, the ghost can dodge, but you have high accuracy... Well, let's see what happens./
Tria is currently in a relatively safe position. From above, the skeletons won't be able to get past Anemone (she should hold out against them for a long time). From below, the skeletons will get bogged down in Celia and Tristan, and even if they do reach her, they won't be able to defeat her in one turn. They won't deal much damage. However, it's likely that she'll have to retreat either this turn or the next. The question is whether to skip this turn and start healing on the next, or vice versa. I would suggest retreating now and positioning her under Locken's barrier. Then, from a favorable position, heal everyone. Reflection seems pointless to me. It won't secure a favorable position, and it will waste a turn. In general, she should position herself to the right of Castor. That's what I think. Then, I suggest Locken place the barrier so that Anemone is within it. Having a couple of southeastern skeletons under the barrier isn't a problem.
/Actually, I'm contradicting myself. If Locken puts up a barrier, and even if a couple of skeletons get through, Nebka won't be in danger anymore. So maybe he should just heal Dillon. But, that's if Locken is definitely going to cast the barrier. He needs to decide. /
/ Just a few more thoughts. The next time, Dillion won't survive the attack, with or without healing. Without the attack, he'll definitely survive, with or without healing.
On the other hand, the beam of light aimed at Dillion passes at an angle across the ghost from the current position. So, we can test what happens to it at the same time.
But in general, given the situation, I would heal Tsukiko then. And I, for my part, will defend Tria from the skeletons under the barrier on my next turn. I agree with Neyra, then the barrier from Lokken, then we'll see. Do you agree?
Alaria, driven more by curiosity about local rumors than by a desire to sample the local food and drink, decides to visit the tavern. She invites the other crew members to join her if they wish.

How about we chip in for a bomb? In case of another ambush, we'll send Begonia to bombard the flagship. The Tanarians certainly won't be expecting that.
It's a decent plan. I think you'll have an easy battle. Although, I would probably clear the ghost instead of putting allied NPCs in harm's way. Unless, of course, they'll also be protected by the shield.
I'm not sure if ghosts are vulnerable to fire. And even if they are, I'm not sure he has less than a thousand hit points. Plus, judging by his stats, he has good evasion. We'll see how it goes in the actual battle.
