Hello, I would like to know the community's opinion on whether it would be worthwhile to hold a Heroes tournament at the Azov Sea in the resort town of Kirillovka from September 4, 2017, to September 10, 2017. If there is interest, I will post all the photos and prices of the resort.

I live in the same region, but it's unclear how the job situation will be. Overall, any tournament is a plus. But for players living far away, more specific information is needed regarding accommodation, logistics, format, guarantees for the event, meeting points, prices, and so on. Ideally, everything should be found out and provided to the public. And it would be best not to do this alone, of course.

Here are approximate prices: economy room: beds, wardrobe, table, chairs, refrigerator – 100 UAH per person, shower and toilet outside, hot water shower – 20 UAH. Rooms with amenities: refrigerator, TV, air conditioner, electric kettle, shower, toilet in the room, double room – 500 UAH per day for 2 people, triple room – 600 UAH per day for 3 people. Meals: three meals a day – 150 UAH, two meals a day – 100 UAH per person.

After September 10th, it might be a bit more challenging to find food, unless you cook it yourself.
