Heroes of Might and Magic III tournament in Ukraine.

The whole issue revolves around the weather; in early September, the sea is still warm, and there are usually no rains. After September 10th, it might be a bit more challenging to find food, unless you cook it yourself. According to the weather forecast for today, from September 4th to 9th, the weather will be excellent.
