For me too, it doesn't matter what it is, but in this case, a good room turns into a comfortable overnight stay: we move to the room, periodically bumping into a sleeping fellow player... :smile21:

Write to me in private messages, on Skype, on VKontakte, everything can be arranged. I've already written about the "Euro folding bed" – it's a full-sized bed, better than some of the cots you find in other places.

In St. Petersburg, we simply collected a list of five preferred map templates from each participant. The templates that received the most votes were ultimately used as the map pool for the tournament. We will probably do the same this year. We will collect them the evening before the first round. Although... I'm being told that there were too many XL templates in St. Petersburg. So, we will discuss this. Off the top of my head, we could create a standard pool of 8mm6a, 6lm10a, Jebus (forgive me, Lord...), mirror, and diamond.
The issue of judging is still open.
Conditionally, we can set the start time for gameplay at 10:30 (after breakfast, let's begin). The end time (taking into account lunch and dinner) for the mandatory gameplay time is 22:30. This is just a possible option. Ideally, we need to come up with a schedule where one game day is clearly enough for one round.
Currently, the organizer has left for the next series of negotiations with the venue. We are waiting for further information.

Well, let's start with the news. I visited the resort again, and had a rather unpleasant conversation with the owner, during which I was accused of violating the terms of our agreement. However, my diplomacy skills and a bottle of Jameson, which we shared during the meeting, helped restore balance.
Although, to be honest, I felt a little uneasy about these accusations, so in the future, all voting will be scrapped. The location for the CIS region will be chosen behind closed doors, and that's it. Democracy is good, but only to a certain extent.
Results of the trip:
1. A deposit has been made: 96,000 rubles (they don't require any more for now).
2. The following rooms have been tentatively booked:
Cottages: 3
Townhouses: 4
Standard: 1
I'd like to clarify the accommodation options. Today, I examined all the rooms again, measuring the area with a ruler)))
Townhouse - 3 people can be accommodated without any problems; a fourth person can be squeezed in, but it will be a bit cramped, but significantly cheaper.
Standard - two people are comfortable; a third person can be accommodated, but only as a last resort.
Cottage - 8 people can be accommodated without any problems, 2 blocks of four people each, plus each block can be supplemented with one more person, which is quite convenient.
The cottages have a kitchen and a luxurious veranda.
Recommendation: book either townhouses with accommodation for three (if you need a very budget-friendly option, then for four), or cottages. Standards are expensive....
3. I checked the internet speed and obtained the following data (connection to a business line, via Wi-Fi):
DOWNLOAD SPEED: 20.69 Mbps, UPLOAD SPEED: 26.34 Mbps
4. I slightly recalculated the cost of accommodation, which has decreased slightly:
-cottage - 94,000 rubles (-2,000)
-standard - 30,000 rubles (-1,000)
-townhouse - 30,000 rubles (-1,000)
