What information will be available about the tournament?
What map templates will be used? How much time per day is required for playing, and what time does each round start? How will all these aspects be enforced, and who will be in charge? Or who will be appointed, and how, to ensure the smooth running of everything mentioned above?

In St. Petersburg, we simply collected a list of five preferred map templates from each participant. The templates that received the most votes were ultimately used as the map pool for the tournament. We will probably do the same this year. We will collect them the evening before the first round. Although... I'm being told that there were too many XL templates in St. Petersburg. So, we will discuss this. Off the top of my head, we could create a standard pool of 8mm6a, 6lm10a, Jebus (forgive me, Lord...), mirror, and diamond.
The issue of judging is still open.
Conditionally, we can set the start time for gameplay at 10:30 (after breakfast, let's begin). The end time (taking into account lunch and dinner) for the mandatory gameplay time is 22:30. This is just a possible option. Ideally, we need to come up with a schedule where one game day is clearly enough for one round.
Currently, the organizer has left for the next series of negotiations with the venue. We are waiting for further information.
