Logistics, Merlin's wife, BoFL, and a whole bunch of unknown characters with virtually no forum activity – subtract them. I won't even mention the "kings" anymore, because it's just ridiculous.
Just look at the voting results for Volgograd. With the exception of Sticky and Leader (or was it just once?), these are all people who have traveled to and continue to travel to CIS events. This is an objective fact. You may not like it, just like you may not like the results of any election or vote. But to complain that the "top five" don't have a decisive vote in the CIS for the Third Heroes is just schizophrenia.

What exactly bothered you about my presence, and someone else's, in the voting?
As far as I know, the CIS project is still a separate event and not tied to the Heroesworld forum, right?
I simply don't see the point in actively participating in the local debate, and I'm not obligated to demonstrate my involvement on the forum just because I want to attend a particular event.
The discussion about the voting criteria is separate, but since it's been stated that I can vote, you'll have to accept that I will do so :)

Hey, same name. Don't be silly. Forget the prices you came up with yourself on the database website. And read the first post in the thread about Volgograd. There's a table with the cost of accommodation there. Standard rooms are the most expensive - 15,500 per person for double occupancy. All other options are 10k per period.
