Okay, it's clear now, we need to get their rings. Either steal them or rob one of those who possess them.
Or create ONE RING to rule them all. I mean, a ring with a customizable resonance frequency.

We could have sent someone to steal the rings. :)

-Is there any way to artificially overload this source, perhaps disable key components or something similar, in order to cause it to shut down?

Whatever

The main thing is not to run into all five of them at once. Especially if it's an elf plus someone else; he looks like the most dangerous one in the group.

If you fear the Elves, don't go to Rivendell.

Be strong. Believe

-Alright, in that case, thank you for your help and information, - Sarnissa curtsied. Then she headed to the courtyard, where she relayed the necessary information to the other mercenaries and ordered them to gather the rest so that everyone could prepare for the journey.

The rest is up to you. You can use the character if needed.

Whatever

— I’m afraid I don’t have anything like that. Magical items are a very niche product and not very popular. If I can take something rare and not in high demand out of my homeland without risking a loss, then reselling books and rare artifacts would be a risky business.

— That’s too bad, — the girl sighed. — I’ll look somewhere else then. And maybe we can come back for some heavy armor for Ilkesedar later; he liked it.
— Well, that’s not really necessary...
— Thank you!
In short, we’re looking for something like a magic shop or, at worst, a library. If there’s absolutely nothing, we’ll go to the periphery, to Ples.

What kind of town is Ples, that it doesn't even have a library.
[We take "Azure Dust" 2x, "Steel Will" 1x, "Eagle Eye" 1x, "Serpent Reflexes" 1x]
-- Maybe you know if there's anything magical in this town at all? -- the girl asked loudly to the perfumery owner. -- Just potions and that's it?

Well, it's more of a hub for mercenaries than a full-fledged city. Even the description says so. If there are any libraries, they're strictly personal/for the squad.

Added 1 minute later
Dahlia didn't see any interesting new items. And she only had enough money for "Panther's Leap." So, deciding not to waste her money, she went back to continue training.

— I'm afraid so, just potions. — The seller replied briefly. — That's 10620, thank you for your purchase.
