SetObjectPosition, refer to the manual to see how this function works. Regarding the timing – what is it tied to? Most likely, you will need to use a Trigger, but you can find more details in the manual, including information about this function.

In the MapPropertiesTree, change the "DieInWeekWithoutTowns" setting from true to false for all locations where you find this setting (it's in the quests).

There's a problem here in the editor: I launch a map, it starts loading, and then it crashes.

There should be no Russian letters here; for example, g\heroy5[br][/br], and the map should be in English.
