And why are her eyes always closed, and why is there a Soviet-era chandelier hanging there?

Небо – мольбы не ждёт
Небо – угроз не слышит
Небо – ведёт особый счёт

I can relate to that feeling... You'd probably feel the same way if you were a character from a charming 2D setting and suddenly found yourself in real life.

Will niche skills be useful in the expansion?

Usually, players manage perfectly well without using skills.

Небо – мольбы не ждёт
Небо – угроз не слышит
Небо – ведёт особый счёт
Небо – тебя найдёт

Why are her eyes always closed?
Not a very serious character.

Basically, I was thinking about having a large number of skills in each skill branch so that the progression would be gradual (like, you get 1-2 skill points, invest them in something, and then continue playing), but I guess I'll stick to the minimum, just like with the stats... So, no fancy skills or abilities this time around :(

Great, less reading.

Anyway, we'll have to skip the pastries and cocktails this time.
I never have money for that anyway.

That’s fine. Food should be a little tastier than slop.
