I made my presence felt early on, focusing on what I considered the most promising area with boots, a Hive, and a Zephyr, and decided to move to the opposite corner of my zone to maximize my chances of grabbing those resources from Ivan. It turned out to be very successful. Along the way, I also found a hidden stash of angels, a stable, a secondary Dungeon, and a scouting unit that revealed Tazar on a Monarch and Adelaide with a bag of gold nearby. Adelaide had more resources, and on his turn, Tazar would have left Vistan with nothing, so I took the risk and attacked, even though the movement range was unclear. It turned out that I couldn't reach Tazar, who was one step away from the road (I haven't quite mastered the movement in Heroes from the 2000s), and Adelaide was exactly 1700 movement points away. Ivor, who had just entered the tavern, could reach her on his last step. There wasn't enough money for a bribe, and the endgame was clearly in my favor. Thanks for the game!
