"240H" – unlocking new heroes and improving existing ones.
In other words, can't you tell the difference between mercenaries and campaign heroes? For example, in the sixth installment, the heroes mainly consist of Vyacheslav's children (and his aunt with Kraal). From the Haven campaign, I didn't notice Kilburn, Gerhard, or Vyacheslav himself; perhaps there are others, but I can't remember them all. From the Necropolis campaign, it would be good to add Goink and give him a specialization in goblins, and Ulu with a specialization in shamans. For the Elves from the Sanctuary, you could add Tiangbo (a ronin who could be spared by Irina and serve her). For the Necropolis, you could add Miranda; Lyudmila seems to have already been added. If you try hard, you could even add Mother Namtara. For the Demons, you could give them Togrul, because all the other characters are already there (Azkaal, Deva, Zana, Arriban, Kha-Beleth, Thor Beirit). As for the League of Shadows expansion, I haven't played it myself, so I can't say anything about it. But even so, these are just heroes from the sixth installment, and not all of them at that. There's also the seventh installment with its stories (each one is simply amazing), Clash of Heroes, and Dark Messiah (although from there, only Linnu remains to be added, because besides her, Sareta, Kha-Beleth, and Arantir, there wasn't really anyone else)
