Tournament Committee - general questions.

Could you make it so that not only Dirty Player can accept a tournament application?
In Only-XL-4, there's a situation where Scorpiona registered a substitute player for group 12, Montt, 10 days ago. He's already playing and has even played (at least against me), but it's impossible to submit a report because the button to accept him into the tournament hasn't been pressed.
Are bureaucratic procedures really necessary? Maybe it could be arranged so that the tournament judge can also accept players into their tournament, with some formal restrictions to be observed (no unconfirmed reports, etc.).

If I understood correctly, the tournament judge can, in any case, cancel reports in the tournament thread, so it seems that the right to accept a player into the tournament could be given to the judge – because even if he messes up with this decision, he will be the one to clean up after himself.
