Player rating for tournaments across all installments of Heroes.

So, as I understand it, they're suggesting a method where the maximum result is divided by the number of stages, and that value is given 100 points. These 100 points are then divided by the quotient (maximum divided by 5), resulting in a certain number. This number is then multiplied by the average result for each stage, and that gives the desired number of points...
I'm in favor of this type of calculation.
