By the way, regarding the issue of heroes being difficult to spot on the world map due to their small size and the possibility of having different visuals for the hero on the map and in battle – how about this: on the map, the hero is riding a horse, and during battle, the hero is standing on their own two feet, with the horse standing nearby – this could help solve the Inferno problem. We don't have female Inferno units (in terms of models). If we put a Biara on a Nightmare, it would look good, but will the model sizes match up so that the casting animation works correctly? And I wouldn't want to reuse the knight's animation for a demon (although the attack animation might work, the knight's casting animation definitely wouldn't suit a demon). If Biara dismounts from the Nightmare during battle, she can use her own animations (a shot during a physical attack and a hand wave during casting), and the Nightmare will stand nearby.
