From this statement, it is clear that there is no difference between the Gameplay Rating and the Average Blitz Rating. :D

You cannot simply add the average rating from several stages to the current one – this contradicts the mathematical method used by the rating creators, which means there is a difference. Otherwise, why would anyone argue about this? The blitz winner could have only 60 points in total (after averaging), but they should still be awarded 100 points for the final rating – as the winner. Everyone else would be treated similarly.
