Let's paint the staff! :) But not yet, I need to finish all the models first, then I'll deal with the flags... This will be one of the two infantry units. The other will be a female. And then there are the genies.
I was initially thinking of putting him on an elephant, in the image of Zehir, but then I decided to use this model in the game.

It's better not to make infantry units (they're small and don't have a flag) - for example, I made Kirill and I'll probably delete him - it's not worth it because the flag is needed - many people don't like the small size of the infantry (there's a discussion about Biara above). Personally, the small size of the hero doesn't bother me much, but the team flag is needed, and painting the staff is a strange idea - it would be better to attach some cloth to the staff and recolor it, but it should be large enough - for example, like the triangular flag of the elf.
