Could you please clarify: are the restarts on the mirror match 113 or 111, as it has always been in the standard rules?
In general, mirror matches and restarts are not very compatible concepts. Restarts, as announced, are 113, but I hope we can all finish it in a maximum of 111.
Regarding the second round. We have three pairs of "latecomers" who haven't finished their matches from the first round. Also, unfortunately, one technical loss. So, let's quickly finish the first matches and start the second round, which will last until April 13th inclusive.
