From the start, Septienna joined, and the Necropolis castle was played perfectly: on turn 131, the opponent appeared with a laughable army and was punished with 440 gr. skeletons with an animate.

The only decent path is to your secondary town. If it weren't for the dwelling manticores, it would have been worth surrendering on turn two. I rushed the opponent and managed to eliminate a consul-unit right in front of him, but it didn't really help.
