"RemoveBlackBgHotSeat" – removes the black screen during the opponent's turn in hotseat mode.

The data files in the game have a suspiciously recent modification date. It's possible that the file date in data.pak is newer than the one in the mod, so it's not being taken into account. Try changing the dates of the files within the mod to a more recent date.

And also, this mod didn't work until I changed its date to the current date! Good to know!
