There should be bandits there (a group of neutrals and some barrels nearby). Look to the north.

Thanks, I already found it, and I've completed all the quests for the elves. I just haven't completed the blacksmith's quest, which gives 10 reputation. And after completing the elf reputation, will their castle become mine at some point? I just wanted to get archers.
