Windows 10 and Heroes 3 – anyone know how to make it work? Help!

When launching the game for the first time on Windows 10, the DirectPlay service should be installed. After that, there should be no problems with launching the game.
P.S. I've been using Windows 10 for almost two years, and everything is working fine. There's not even a hint that I need to "reinstall Windows".
