A funny thought occurred to me the other day. Perhaps my desire to create more complex mechanics was driven by my inability to accurately convey the idea and atmosphere of the world and the game due to a lack of adequate literary skill. For example, I always liked how Locken, Vistrit, and especially Heroist wrote, but I had the impression that I was squeezing blood from thin, frozen fingers. And a more complex mechanic, on the other hand, served as the main reason for the premature closure of the games.
On the other hand, even those few pieces of text that I provided for reading were read by only two people, so maybe it was a dead idea from the very beginning.
That's it.
