Find and download the music from Heroes of Might and Magic IV, convert all tracks to .ogg. Open the Heroes of Might and Magic V directory -> music. Look at the track name from Heroes of Might and Magic V and rename the track from Heroes of Might and Magic IV accordingly. Then, simply replace the tracks.
